Amidst racial tensions, the oncoming Tet Offensive, and an unsettling ardor amongst the hearts of many Americans, Samuel 'Sam' Cooke, indeed, brought it on home in one of the best live albums ever pressed. He not only exemplified a style of singing, but also a natural charisma as an entertainer. |
