Black Sabbath Paranoid
Black Sabbath Master of Reality
Black Sabbath Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath Vol. 4
Black Sabbath Heaven and Hell
Heaven and hell was better than good compared to a not so good never say die they were back on track playing real sabbath type of metal.I like both ozzy and dio type of sabbath it's just a different style and it was probably the right intention for ozzy to go out on his own to make such kick ass albums like blizzard of ozz while sabbath continued to make kick ass albums with dio instead.
Black Sabbath Sabotage

AC/DC Back In Black
AC/DC High Voltage
Ace Frehley Ace Frehley
Anthrax State of Euphoria
Bad Company Bad Company
Black Label Society Sonic Brew
The very first BLS album i ever heard and was impress to say that this was probably better than most of the stuff he did with ozzy.It was his return to metal with some of the southern roots leftover from pride and glory.
Black Sabbath Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Black Sabbath Live at Last
Black Sabbath Mob Rules
Black Sabbath Dehumanizer
Black Sabbath Reunion
Overall it's a very good album with little pros or cons here in that dirty women sounding quite heavier than the original although sabbath bloody sabbath could of been done a little better. The new studio tracks are good for the sake of classic sabbath but i only wish they done a full length studio album instead that would been very classic in my opinion.
Boston Boston
Chicago Chicago Transit Authority
I will say this is the first and best of all things of the Chicago that I know and love. Not only this album had a lot of great songs but a killer concoction of jazz, blues, soul, psychedelic rock and politics are wrapped up into one LOL.
Clutch Blast Tyrant
Corrosion of Conformity Wiseblood
another good album from coc little more raw than deliverance and i think big whip america kicks major ass.
Corrosion of Conformity Deliverance
Corrosion of Conformity America's Volume Dealer
I thought the production was a little too nice and clean for a heavy band like coc but still had alot of great songs diablo's blvd, who's got the fire and 13 angels is outstanding.
Cream Disraeli Gears
Cream Wheels of Fire
Danzig Danzig III: How The Gods Kill
Dio Holy Diver
Down NOLA
Down Diary Of A Mad Band
This definitely has some real good live picks from their first two albums however nothing from their 3rd one but it's truly great if not the best stuff in the down catalog so to say.
Down Down IV - Part I
For just a 6 song EP there's a lot of great music here although it took me a while to get into this one. The only song that wasn't so great is "This Work Is Timeless" but the rest are highlights for sure.
Fight War Of Words
One of Halford's best post priest bands i dig the overall heaviness including such catchy songs like nailed to the gun,war of words of just a little crazy my ultimate favorite. However the last 2 songs sounded a slight bit tired but still kicks major ass on the most part.
Heart Dreamboat Annie
The pinnacle of the classic heart era perhaps their best ever.Obviously songs like magic man and crazy on you are always great then their are others soul of the sea, lightning wine and sing child sing overlooked but good,n,classic as well. Also the album has this cool concept while one songs rocks out then mellows out during the other including the continuing saga of dreamboat annie.
Heaven and Hell Live From Radio City Music Hall
A great selection of live tunes not to mention I saw them on this tour and it's cool to throw a couple new songs in there as well.
Iron Maiden Powerslave
Iron Maiden Piece of Mind
Jeff Wayne The War of the Worlds
Judas Priest Defenders of the Faith
Judas Priest Angel of Retribution
Judas Priest Sad Wings of Destiny
Judas Priest Killing Machine
Judas Priest Metal Works '73-'93
As a longtime Priest fan there so many great priest songs to chose from and it's so hard to put them all in one package but it's a great selection with 2 CD's filled with all the big songs, classics including some rarities.I must say it's even better for the beginner priest fan not to mention picking some of the better songs from the not so great turbo and ram it down in my opinion.
KISS Alive II
KISS Alive III
Led Zeppelin Mothership
It's a very good complication for the led zep beginner fan.I also dig the selections from zep 3 and presence very impressive since i never spent much time listening to those particular records.Other than that i am pretty much happy from the rest there's so many good songs to choose from.
Lynyrd Skynyrd Street Survivors
Lynyrd Skynyrd Gold and Platinum
Overall it's a pretty good compilation of skynyrd however i prefer the studio versions of 3 steps, free bird and i aint the one than the live versions on here
Lynyrd Skynyrd One More From the Road

Misfits Collection I
Collection 1 is killer i absolutely dig Earth A.D,Die,Die My Darling,Bullet and many more.
Molly Hatchet Greatest Hits
They made not made it as big like skynyrd nor the allmans but this is one hell of a collection of great tunes and it doesn't stop with flirting with disaster.Whiskey man.bounty hunter, edge of sundown and many more including the creeper.
Motley Crue Shout at the Devil
Mountain The Best Of Mountain
The best greatest hits package that you could ever expect from the early mountain time period between 70 and 71.
Nirvana Bleach
Pink Floyd The Dark Side of the Moon
Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here
Robin Trower Bridge of Sighs
Robin Trower Twice Removed From Yesterday
This is one awesome debut and beats his pre-work with Procol Harium in a long shot.
Robin Trower For Earth Below
Talk about having 3 awesome albums in a row with this one and I must say this has serious competition with Bridge of Sighs with such killer tunes like Shame The Devil and then some LOL.
Robin Trower Victims Of The Fury

Alice in Chains Dirt
Anthrax Spreading the Disease
Anthrax Armed and Dangerous
Anthrax Sound of White Noise
Bachman-Turner Overdrive Not Fragile
This definitely beats the first 2 albums perhaps a little more overdrive on this one LOL considering it being the most famous one out of the collection.
Bad Company Run With The Pack
I think this album is somewhat better than straight shooter more songs, more rock,n,roll and the title track is killer including such underrated classics live for the music, simple man and fade away.
Black Label Society Mafia
Black Label Society 1919 Eternal
Black Label Society Stronger Than Death
Black Label Society Order Of The Black
Black Sabbath Technical Ecstasy
Black Sabbath Live Evil
I will give this close to a 4 considering Dio's interpretation of Ozzy's material wasn't too bad but not quite as good.
Blue Oyster Cult On Your Feet or on Your Knees

Elton John Elton John
Elton John 17-11-70
Nice little live album of songs in the early Elton John era.
Foghat Rock and Roll
This might be the Foghat album of all albums the first half of this is very impressive.
Foreigner Foreigner
This album has some pretty good songs other than the popular hits and Star Rider is a must listen in my opinion.
Grand Funk Railroad Live Album
Excellent live album with some excellent live versions of Paranoid and Heartbreaker which are a litter better than the actual studio versions in my opinion of course Inside Looking Out is always good.
Green Jelly Cereal Killer Soundtrack
For a novelty type of act this is very impressive. The music overall is quite diverse from heavy rockers three little pigs, cereal killer to the funky doped out jam tripping on XTC including sexual dance floor beats of teenage rave.I also like electric harley house of love and the rest of the stuff is just plain funny in a stupid meets clever kind of sense.
Guns N' Roses Appetite for Destruction
Iron Maiden Somewhere in Time
Iron Maiden Live After Death (DVD)
I must say this live album has a good if not great selection of classic maiden material although some of the live versions are little weaker than others mostly the Di'anno stuff and a couple of Dickinson songs as well.
Jethro Tull Aqualung
Jethro Tull This Was
Jethro Tull Stand Up

KISS Creatures of the Night
KISS KISS Unplugged
Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti
Led Zeppelin Houses of the Holy
Led Zeppelin The Song Remains the Same

Megadeth Rust in Peace
Megadeth Countdown to Extinction
Metallica Live Shit: Binge & Purge
Morbid Angel Covenant
Nazareth Hair of the Dog
with the exception of love hurts this album is unbelievably good.I love the hard driving rock of title song, miss misery and changing times even the closing please dont judas me which is really different but good unlike that crappy song love hurts.
Nuclear Assault Game Over
Opeth Blackwater Park
Ozzy Osbourne Diary of a Madman
Ozzy Osbourne The Ultimate Sin
Ozzy Osbourne Tribute
Ozzy Osbourne Down to Earth
Pantera Cowboys from Hell
I thought cowboys was OK the first timei heard it I was more into their later albums vulgar,FBD etc... But over the years songs like primal and cemetary gates have become important enough to say that cowboys is more than good album.
Pantera Official Live: 101 Proof
Rainbow Rising
Scorpions Love At First Sting
Scorpions World Wide Live
Scorpions Tokyo Tapes
Scorpions In Trance
Sepultura Chaos A.D.
Slayer Hell Awaits
Slayer Haunting the Chapel
I had the original with just only 3 songs no AP.It was kind of the transitional sound from show no mercy to hell awaits nothing more or less i do love chemical warfare "artificial f-----g peace" lol that so dark and heavy of slayer.
Slayer Live Undead
Slayer Soundtrack to the Apocalypse
Nice mixed compilation of slayer material although the song selections could of been a little bit better. On the other hand there some cool rare stuff on here and some not so great but least worth getting.
Slayer Christ Illusion
Slayer World Painted Blood
Southern Isolation Southern Isolation
I like this quite a bit soft music with a deep heavy feeling and the fact that Phil Anselmo has done so many different things outside or other than Pantera Excellent I must say.

The Who Who's Next
Tony Iommi Iommi
Twisted Sister Under The Blade
Uriah Heep Sweet Freedom
Uriah heeps music has a required taste which may be why they're not one of my personal favorites. But they won me over with this one of course their's stealin and the lesser known tracks seven stars, pilgrim and circus all pretty good actually.
Van Halen 1984
ZZ Top Tejas
Excellent album with excellent songs El Diablo,Arrested While Driving Blind and then some.

3.5 great
AC/DC Powerage
Ace Frehley Trouble Walkin'
Ace Frehley Space Invader
Aerosmith Rocks
Aerosmith Done With Mirrors
Alice in Chains Alice in Chains
The big highlights on this album is heaven beside you and over now other than that it's not quite up to par with Dirt perhaps less energetic and more depressing in comparison.
Anthrax Fistful of Metal
Anthrax Worship Music
April Wine The Nature Of The Beast
Pretty good album they're some songs that are kind of iffy but stuff like gypsy queen, crash and burn and future tense kicks total ass
Bachman-Turner Overdrive Bachman–Turner Overdrive II
I will give this a 3.5 on the great strengths of such great hits like Let it ride and Welcome Home is probably my second fave among a couple of others that aren't too bad as well.
Bad Company Straight Shooter
I like straight shooter but it seems that the popular tunes such as good lovin gone bad and feel like making love are far better than the lesser known songs .They're OK in comparison but decent enough to listen to when you get sick of the overrated shooting star track
Black Label Society Shot to Hell
Black Sabbath Born Again
Black Sabbath 13
Blue Oyster Cult Tyranny and Mutation
Blue Oyster Cult Secret Treaties
Blue Oyster Cult Some Enchanted Evening
Nice little live album but prefer on your feet and on your knees compared to this.
Corrosion of Conformity Blind
Not bad of a album although i think the music is much better than the vocals they sound somewhat cloudy losing the overall feeling and groove of the actual melody other than that dance of the dead is probably the best song on this record.
Corrosion of Conformity No Cross No Crown
Cream Goodbye
Death Individual Thought Patterns
Death Symbolic
Deep Purple Who Do We Think We Are
Def Leppard Pyromania
Def Leppard High 'N' Dry
Def Leppard On Through the Night
Eagles Hotel California
Eagles The Long Run
I like this album somewhat it's not exactly a masterpiece some songs are better or worse than others. However I dig the diversity of songs ranging from I Can't Tell You Why,Those Shoes to Teenage Jail of course the overplayed Heartache Tonight.
Elton John Madman Across the Water
Elton John Greatest Hits
This definitely contains at least some of his better hits at the time.
Elton John Tumbleweed Connection
I must say this is good enough to be one of his better records and songs like where to st peter really shines here along the last few numbers as well.
Exodus Bonded by Blood
Exodus Fabulous Disaster
fabulous disaster is pretty good in terms of accessibility frankly thrash was very popular at that point. It's got some variation from the bluesy slide playing of Cajun hell and their version of low rider and overdose is quite interesting.I always thought toxic waltz was a cheesy title or better yet cheesy idea altogether. However theirs some good thrashed out/balls out energy on tunes like last act and of course fabulous disaster my personal favorite.
Fear Factory Demanufacture
Fight Small Deadly Space
I will have to give this a 3.5 for a number of reasons it's different from their first one although not their best album. However some of the songs we're a little bit bland for my taste but then others like the last 3 we're good n heavy in such a unique way LOL.
Fleetwood Mac Rumours
Foghat Foghat
I dig this album it's about as good as fool for the city.I always loved their version of willie dixon's I just want to make love to you and that closing track on here is pretty cool as well.
Foghat Fool for the City
I'll give this a 3.5 not only for slow ride but the title track itself and the rest isn't too bad as well.
Foghat Night Shift
Not a bad album on the basis of such great songs like Driving Wheel and the title track and the rest is reasonably OK in my opinion.
Foreigner Double Vision
This is definitely one of their better records not to mention having some of their better known if not kick ass songs like it's title track, hot blooded and blue morning and blue day wrapped up in one and the rest overall isn't too bad perhaps this their second best to the first one.
Frank Zappa Apostrophe
Free Fire and Water

I will gives this at least a 3.5 it's got some great songs and some songs are OK not too bad in my opinion.

This album easily is a 3.5 based on Mississippi Queen itself including boys in the band no argument LOL.Although there is some stuff that is ? here and there but never in my life is another killer tune in my opinion.
Mountain Nantucket Sleighride
I like this one and I must say it has as much self worth as climbing does.

Pantera Power Metal
Pentagram Pentagram
Pride and Glory Pride and Glory
a nice solo debut from zakk delivering a tasty brew of all things southern rock and metal.

Rainbow Long Live Rock 'n' Roll
I like this one quite a bit although not quite as good as rising.
Robin Trower In City Dreams
I like this a little more than Long Misty Days and Sweet Wine 'O' Love is the real great one on here in my opinion.
Robin Trower Robin Trower Live!
It's a nice jamming type of live album just wish it had more songs if not even better ones to hear live etc.....

Ted Nugent Cat Scratch Fever
I prefer this one over the last two albums he did you just cant beat how great that cat scratch fever song is and wang dang sweet poontang is another ass kicker on here the rest is just a little average in comparison.
The Beatles Past Masters, Vol. 1
It got some great rarities such as bad boy, slowdown and matchbox. Then there's stuff like this boy and yes it is which is very forgettable for my taste. But of course she loves you and i want to hold your hand is always classic or at least tolerable being sung in German.
The Doors Morrison Hotel
The Jimi Hendrix Experience Axis: Bold as Love
The Moody Blues In Search of the Lost Chord
It's a pretty cool album to listen to including some great songs like Ride my see saw,Legend of the mind and The Actor.
The Moody Blues On the Threshold of a Dream
Not a bad album although the middle section is a little iffy but stuff like dear diary and the whole have you heard/the voyage part 1 and 2 is the greatness of what this album is all about in my opinion.
The Moody Blues A Question of Balance
This album does have some great songs like question and menacholy man which is cool as hell but no match for days of future passed.
The Rolling Stones Let It Bleed
UFO Phenomenon
Uriah Heep Demons and Wizards
Despite such great songs like Easy Livin and Poet's Justice I find that this album took a while to get into although The Wizard and Rainbow Demon aren't half bad either.
Uriah Heep The Magician's Birthday
Venom Black Metal
Venom Welcome to Hell
Wings Band on the Run
Wings Wings Over America
I like this based on the fact it's such a huge live album with a lot of their best songs and some great live versions to go along with it.On the other hand theirs quite a few songs that I really don't care for but the older beatle stuff kind of makes up for some of the disappointments along the way.
ZZ Top ZZ Top's First Album
ZZ Top Degüello
Not a bad album based on stuff like cheap sunglasses of course and their cover of I thank you and at last fool for your stocking is some of the best stuff on here.

Blue Oyster Cult Blue Öyster Cult
Blue Oyster Cult Agents of Fortune
Boston Don't Look Back

Elton John Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Elton John Honky Chateau
Fleetwood Mac Fleetwood Mac
I don't think this is quite as good as rumors but I won't argue the fact that it's a lease likable 3 in my opinion.
Free Free
Godsmack Awake
Halford Resurrection
Heart Little Queen
This album has some of the best heavy rockers like Barracuda and Kick it out but the softer stuff doesn't quite have the dynamics and richness that Dreamboat Annie had.
Iron Maiden Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
Jack Bruce-Bill Lordan-Robin Trower B.L.T
A nice collaboration between Jack Bruce and Robin Trower although some songs are better than others vice versa but tolerable to say the least.
Joe Bonamassa A New Day Yesterday
A decent blues rock album although I prefer the original JT version of a new day yesterday but if heartaches were nickels is probably the most killer tune on this whole thing.
Judas Priest Ram It Down
Judas Priest Point of Entry
Judas Priest Demolition
Judas Priest Redeemer of Souls
Judas Priest Firepower
KISS Killers
KISS Sonic Boom
Lamb of God Ashes of the Wake
Lamb of God Sacrament
Lynyrd Skynyrd Nuthin' Fancy

Rush 2112
Saxon Denim and Leather
Scorpions Blackout
Scorpions Animal Magnetism
Scorpions Lonesome Crow
Sepultura Arise
Styx The Grand Illusion
Styx Pieces of Eight
The two songs blue collar man and renegade are absolutely classic but the rest is not that inspiring in my opinion it has it's occasional moments I guess.
Superjoint Use Once and Destroy
As a phil anselmo type of band or project it's not that bad but nowhere near as impressive as pantera or down. For a very underground hardcore type of album their are some real catchy tunes such as alcoholic, fuck your enemy and of course ozena that definitely breaks the mold.Other than that those 2 demo songs kind of suck or it's somewhat mediocre to say the least
Ted Nugent Ted Nugent
I'm not a die hard when it comes to listening to this album but you cant knock it and stranglehold says it all on this one including snakeskin cowboys to say the least.
Ted Nugent Free-for-All
I will give this a likeable 3 you cant go too wrong with songs like free for all and dog eat dog just not overly fanatical with Ted Nugent's music in general.
Texas Hippie Coalition Pride of Texas
Good southern type of metal to groove to but it get's a little redundant if not a lack of originality at times.
The Alan Parsons Project I Robot
With classic/radio favorites like I wouldn't want to be like you and breakdown I will say I robot is only good as it ever will get. However the instrumental parts are OK and some songs are better than others overall good but definite not a five star classic for my own personal taste just not a die hard Alan Parsons fan.
The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour
The Jimi Hendrix Experience Electric Ladyland
The Moody Blues Every Good Boy Deserves Favour
Not a bad album from the moody blues but some of it's very mediocre if not boring.I do like the opening track and story in your eyes is my absolute favorite on here.
The Mothers of Invention Freak Out!
Twisted Sister You Can't Stop Rock 'n' Roll
It's overall not a bad album but I prefer Under the Blade and Stay Hungry perhaps those have much greater songs in my opinion.
UFO Lights Out
Van Halen Fair Warning
White Zombie La Sexorcisto-Devil Music Vol. 1
I like the white zombie sound heard on such songs as thunder kiss 65.On the other hand some of the music sounds quite redundant.
Yes The Yes Album

2.5 average
Ace Frehley Frehley's Comet
Aerosmith Rock in a Hard Place
Alice in Chains Jar of Flies
Anthrax Persistence of Time
Anthrax Attack of the Killer B's
It's a kind of an album that's only good for a few laughs not so much of the songs the kiss cover was tolerable but the remix's we're just fillers I guess not really saying much LOL.
Bad Company Burnin' Sky
I thought this album was called burning sky well anyway the song burning sky itself is one of the rare great tunes on here and the rest is pretty mediocre in comparison.

Elton John Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy
Not necessarily a terrible album but not that great it's fine for a couple of songs more or less.
Elton John Elton John's Greatest Hits Volume II
Foreigner Head Games
I've always had mix feelings about this one I can either take or leave it I guess LOL.
Foreigner 4
Despite being one of their most famous albums I don't really know what to think of this one. However urgent and juke box hero are down right good but the other stuff is very mediocre if not down right sucks at times.

One of the better records in the terry glaze era which isn't saying much.Songs like onward we rock are probably one of the rare highlights on here including that big guitar solo.
Pantera Metal Magic
This was way before cowboys or vulgar also 1983 whole different time period and the music reflect that as well. You can hear all the influences april wine, motley crue the snyths similar to journey and lover boy.Other than that not so bad for a recording of a bunch of guys only in their teens even darrel was kicking ass on guitar back then. And of course i prefer the heavier pantera over this but it's a nice start to say the least.
Pantera Projects in the Jungle
Paul Stanley Paul Stanley
Possessed Seven Churches
Queen Sheer Heart Attack
Queen A Day at the Races
Robin Trower Caravan To Midnight
I don't think this album is that great at all starts out fine but veers off into something that's considered weak in my opinion.
Rush Fly by Night
Scorpions Lovedrive
Slayer God Hates Us All
classic slayer meets nu metal but still brutal. However it nowhere near as classic for example reign,n blood or seasons etc...
Slayer Diabolus in Musica
Staind Dysfunction
Stormtroopers of Death Bigger Than the Devil
honestly this doesn't really hold any candle to their first one however i do respect that it's updated far as extreme music of 1999 is concern and celtic frosted flakes is kind of funny i just think the music is more mediocre compared to the lyrical content.
The Moody Blues To Our Children's Children's Children
I'm not too sure about this one some songs like gypsy weren't too bad but very little good far as the rest of the album goes.
The Moody Blues Seventh Sojourn
Very mediocre album but ends wonderfully with I'm Just A Singer In A Rock And Roll Album.
The Mothers of Invention Over-Nite Sensation
Van Halen 5150
Van Halen Diver Down
first off this album has way too many cover songs most of them suck with the exception of where have all the good times gone a great rendition of an old kinks tune. Then theirs good VH rock in hang em high including little guitars intro but the actual song is very lame.
White Zombie Astro Creep: 2000

2.0 poor
Anthrax Stomp 442
stomp 442 may be a little more heavier than the last album but most of the songs sound the same here. The album kind of reflects how the mess up the band was already with a different singer and losing their long time lead guitarist as well indeed a very forgettable anthrax record for my taste.
Corrosion of Conformity Eye For An Eye
Death Leprosy
Elton John Caribou
Frehley's Comet Second Sighting
Gene Simmons Gene Simmons
Guns N' Roses Use Your Illusion I
Judas Priest Turbo
The only good per se best song on this album is turbo lover despite the cheesy title. But in reality priest and hair metal do not mix very well maybe for the hip mtv audience of that time.
KISS Unmasked
KISS Monster
Metallica Load
Ozzy Osbourne Ozzmosis
Ozzy Osbourne Black Rain
Black rain was quite a dissapointment starts out fine with the first 2 songs and the rest just get's diluted and boring.
Peter Criss Peter Criss
Superjoint A Lethal Dose of American Hatred
It's more of the same very little excitement here if any destruction of a person is a pretty good song. It's very obvious to think the band was done at this point no where to else to go from here i feel precisely.
The Beatles Yellow Submarine
The Mothers of Invention Absolutely Free
Zakk Wylde Book of Shadows

1.5 very poor
Def Leppard Hysteria
KISS Hot in the Shade
Metallica Reload
Morbid Angel Gateways to Annihilation
I guess it's more of the same 'ol death metal formula it doesn't really share the fresh excitement that convenant had.

1.0 awful
KISS Crazy Nights
Megadeth Risk
