07.01.17 | @Dominion. Bummer, having someone to brew with is always nice. I usually solo. Best beer ive brewed is a dipa dry hopped with fresh (wet) hops from my garden. I entered national homebrew a couple years back. Had an IPA score a 39 and made the exclusive best-of round FWIW. Didnt make nationals though.
@butcher I used to give a lot of beer away until i started kegging. People tend to like free beer haha...
I brew mostly things with hops, and things infused with coffee. Saison during the summer months. Ive done a few lagers, but i just dont have the patience or a dedicated temp control system. |
