Meanwhile, after I took the vaccine, the paper they gave me to read in the 15 minutes before they'd let me leave the pharmacy pretty much said that (at that time) the vaccine wasn't approved, and they didn't know what the long-term effects would be.
In the end, a person is best off taking in as much information as is available to them, consulting with their own doctor (or "scientist" if you prefer, Egarran) and making their own best decision. All of the heat, attempted bullying, hysteria, etc. doesn't change that. |

I've been doing janitorial work for a school district throughout the entire pandemic and many years prior to it and somehow have managed not to get any form of COVID even though I clean the nurses office, the medical clinic where they do the testing for it, and many classrooms that have been quarantined due to positive cases. I don't even wear gloves or a mask either but maybe my immune system is just crazy strong from years of killing these damn germs!

It seems like this situation at this point is extremely different based on location because where I'm at the lockdown hasn't been a thing for around a year now and for almost just as long stuff has been very relaxed. I'm in the KCMO area and for at least the past 6 months in my county you get looked at like a weirdo here if you wear a mask into a store lol. It's weird to see how different other areas have taken this whole scenario. Surprisingly with how relaxed it's been here just based on working for my towns school district cases have been pretty low too honestly. Shockingly low compared to how it was last year. |

01.06.22 | i got half of the moderna vaccine. omicron hit me out of nowhere in the middle of a 12 hour drive. my hell symptom was a headache...worst one i've ever had, tbh. but it dissipated the next day and i felt mildly phlegmy for a week. all around 8/10 sickness would recommend. rest of my family got it worse. dog, too. |
