tribestros 10.13.07	I agree...when I first heard the band name The Killers, I assumed they were some crazy heavy metal Iron Maiden-like band...then I heard Somebody Told Me and Mr. Brightside and I couldn't believe that a band with the name The Killers was making synth-rock. 80s-type synth rock. Nine Inch Nails I think was stupid. The acronym NIN is cool, but the name lacks.

Jimmy Eat World isn't a bad name either.. Nine Inch Nails is an interesting idea, but it kind of goes nowhere. Does look cool as an acronym though.
