Stapp may be a pretty bad vocalist, but he doesn't stop the excellent riffage of Scott Tremonti. Human Clay is good too, but the rest aren't worth listening too. |

| When this album was released, I rushed to the store and bought it on the first day. To be honest, I was very dissapointed at how mellow and soft the album was. I called it "Gorillaz for the old folks home" and gave it a 2/5. After years of relistening, I've noticed things I didnt hear the first time, like how awesome "Stylo" and the title track are, like the pristine and lovely recording, the fact that for the first time ever Damon Albarn sounds like he can sing...almost. My rating has risen ever since, and I soon may find myself rating it a 4.5/5. I still think the album quite mellow, too mellow when compared with Demon Days, but its worth a listen for sure. I don't think I'll ever feel the same way about The Fall. |

I truly don't understand why the majority considers this to be Pantera's worst effort post their glam
metal days. Why? This album is kick ass. Seriously, this album slays. The riffs are all immense and
heavy as fuck, as well as actually comprehensible, unique, and catchy unlike their last few albums,
the lyrics are actually meaningful and reflect an aged and matured band, the production is by far the
best of any of Pantera's albums (no longer the staticy guitar tone and muffled drums) and Dimebag's
guitar work is
at his absolute peak. "We'll Grind That Axe For A Long Long Time" or "Death Rattle" are perfect for
getting pumped up for a football game. This album is fantastic...actually it's the best and EASILY the

| I wish all bad albums got a revisited redo treatment like what Sabbath did for Forbidden. What was a painfully dull and boring album is now a lot of fun, and gone is the paper thin production. The guitar tone crushes and the energy between the bass and drums is ripping. It?s a huge reminder that production and musicianship can drastically change how any song sounds. It doesn?t all save the album from its occasional dull songwriting and cheesy lyrics, but the bar has been raised and this version of ?Get A Grip? and ?Shaking of the Chains? sound awesome. |

I love how literally every single song sounds like a variation of "Painkiller". It's a good song, yah, but it get's pretty

This album is a toatal waste, but it isnt as horrendous as everyone lables it as. C'mon
guys, admit it, you only listened to the first song, heard Ice-T, and shut if off. Yeah that
first track his hot garbage, but songs like "Get A Grip" and "Kiss of Death" are pretty
good. I can't find much wrong with "Cant Get Close Enough" and "Shaking off the Chains" has
a cool riff. I can't defend this album TOO much because it IS really lame, but that's it,
it's just lame. The 1/5's are way too exaggerated. I was expecting some St Anger type shit,
something so bad it's good, and that first track definitely delivers. After that, it just
mediocre and boring. Not Sabbath's worst (have y'all even heard Seventh Star???) |

| The Fall: such a fitting album name. This album is complete waste of time and it documents the fall of a great band. The recording sound is flat and its no surprise that this was made on an iPad. The songs are monotonous and utterly pointless, as most of them just repeat the same screeching electronic dribble for a few minutes before fading into the next song that sounds identical to the last. The highlight of the entire thing is "Revolving Doors" which is thankfully the second track, but even this song would be a forgotten filler track on any other Gorillaz CD. When I bought Plastic Beach when it first came out, I gave it a 2/5 and almost despised it, but I have grown to like it alot and it now has a 4/5. I highly, highly doubt this will ever happen to The Fall. |

Paysage D'Hiver has better quality than this. That's really what it all narrows down too; the drums sound like they
