Oregon Roots in the Sky
Roots in the Sky by Oregon is the best album
ever made by bands named Oregon with albums
titled "Roots in the Sky"

Jokes aside, this is a wonderful listen.

Queens of the Stone Age In Times New Roman...
Queens of the Stone Age Era Vulgaris

This record wants to kill you. It's in your closet, right now, with a rusted scythe. Don't bother looking, you aren't going to be able to do anything about it.

This is quite good, shockingly good. You never like to see anyone hang their banner in the rafters, but this would be a very good album to sunset a storied career on. Time will tell if they have one more left in the tank, but this is a great contribution to their legendary discography.

A prime example of "playlist album" syndrome. I'm not going to change it if a song pops up, but I'm never going to put this on myself.

2.0 poor
Carnifex Necromanteum
I genuinely can't tell one song apart from another.
Dance Gavin Dance Jackpot Juicer
Metallica 72 Seasons
Paramore Re: This Is Why
Paramore once again proves that ambition is a weight around the feet of success.

1.5 very poor
Roger Waters The Dark Side of the Moon Redux
He really thinks he made his "Blackstar" here, but all I'm seeing is "Lulu". This is inexcusable,
and a painfully obvious cash-grab. The instrumentals sound rather nice, but I'm confident he had
nothing to do with that.
RZA RZA Presents: Bobby Digital and The Pit of Snakes
I'm pretty sure the clipping on the vocal tracks is not a stylistic choice here. The Afro Samurai 2: Revenge of Kuma of albums.

1.0 awful
Of Mice and Men Tether
If I could go less than 1, I would. Trite lyrics, with no substance behind them. The low-fi
filtered vocals are NOT produced correctly and sit in the mix like a blister. And did you
seriously give us a "check, check" before the intro riff on Warpaint? Corny, pathetic, spinless
music.
