| Yet another solid entry from this thrash standby. The musicianship is topnotch as always, and the song writing has improved from the often plodding nature of Most and Rust. The lyrics and vocals are still far from the peak of Psychosurgery, but Luke Easter continues to grow more comfortably into his range, though tone is still an acquired taste. In any case, the most redeemable aspect of Tourniquet is still the brilliantly composed instrumentation which after all these years hasn't seen worthy competition. |
