Big step up from EOTE. The riffs this time are a lot more thought out and a lot of the songs (Behind the Sun, The River) are focused upon building and developing their initial sound which I really enjoy. As for the sound off's above me, rate your music is the place of the elitists and jerk-offs, I have never seen so many immature comments over a band in my life

This band has always just kind of well...been there. But Insidious is just an excellent album. The vocals are better than their previous efforts, of course seeing Tomas Lindberg back in the fray is awesome, but the clean vocals also add some much needed dynamics to this record. Papathanosio is of particular note, but the 14th track on this, featuring Englund of Evergrey is beautiful

Not at all bad. "A New Dawn" has a vocal style from Anders unseen since STYE, while "Ropes" and "The Attic" provide us with a brand new style for In Flames. "The Puzzle" is easily the best track on here, the dreadful single and "All for Me" are easily the worst songs In Flames has done. Bjorn Gelotte does an admirable job, full of melody and heavy guitar, Svensson and Iwers are solid yet unremarkable and Friden varies from good to almost unlistenable. My rating is only so high due to the instrumentation

I have never listened to BVB material up until now. Heard this. Three okay tracks with surprisingly good instrumentation. 16 rubbish mid tempo Nickelback rockers and pretentious F.E.A.R Transmission's that tell a rubbish story. This is bubblegum metal in every sense of the word, inoffensive, cliche'd and forgettable
