A Perfect Circle Thirteenth Step
I give it a 5 because its emotionally a perfect album! Maynard has mastered the art of the spoken and unspoken word. He may not be the best singer per say, but the way he has such conviction behind everything he sings....its pure brilliance. The music though not to technical is perfect for setting the stage of what Maynard is saying and really compliments him. A top notch album and one that will be looked on as very influential album in years to come.

Between the Buried and Me Colors
Botch We Are the Romans
It just goes without saying, they defined an entire genre, an entire generation of music. Go Botch!
Brand New Deja Entendu
MY GOD!!!! This album made me question what I thought I knew about life....
Chase Long Beach Gravity is What You Make It
This album could go down for the reason ska is revived once agian...or the reason it died...which is a shame...btw you can't find this album anywhere! I swear you have to go to Victory Records HQ and be like I WANT!
Circa Survive Juturna
Dance Gavin Dance Whatever I Say Is Royal Ocean
I know what your thinking "O DGD all the drama, and pretentious Mr. Craig, O why even bother?" Well in reality you really should bother with this EP because this was before all of that. This is what got them where they are today. This EP is remarkable. The guitarists are playing like madman, tremlo picking galore, the fact that they have any feeling in their hands is beyong me. the bass for the most part is not heard very much, which is a shame because you know to be in this band you probably have to be very good at what you do, and it would be nice to hear him,. The drummer is very entertaining, very original. And I thought I would save the best for last...Jonny Craig!.....Were do I even begin with this guy....he is seriously OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! His vocal range is so wide, its unreal, usually the only people who have such a range are opera singers if that tells you anything;) His voice just in general is simply...Beautiful, His voice is what you would hear when Jesus apparently comes down to save us all....So though you've probably heard all of the hoopla surrounding this band and there very charasmatic vocalist, this is a MUST listen EP. Its Jonny at his best...Its DGD at the top of their game.

Fantomas Fantômas
Foo Fighters Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace
Jonny Craig A Dream Is A Question You Don't Know How To Answer
Overall good singing by Jonny Craig(duh) and awesome instrumental to boot, the only thing that lacks is his lyrical depth, its always about fucking a chick or getting drunk or something along those lines, that aside not bad at all.
Mayhem Deathcrush
Norma Jean Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child
This in my opioion is Norma Jean's best work, Josh Scoggin's vocals are perfect for the music that is being played, Yes I know that many have said this album is basically a rip off of Botch's "We Are Romans", and I can see how people would think that, but there is a thing called influences.....so.......ya, Great Album!

100DEADRABBITS Guardians
This album is everything that is wrong with the underground scene right now. Its grind(and we all know it takes a spectacular group of guys to make a stand in the grind scene now a days, which these guys are not.) Its so unoriginal and so.....boring its almost to much to stomach. Some people have made quite a living experimenting with diffrent genres. But mixing Grind, and electro....and FUCKING MARIO.....o my jesus fucking wept......
Escape the Fate Escape the Fate
They should have kept their other vocalist, their other guitarist....They are going nowhere fast, I could tolerate This War Is Ours, but my god, its like their not even trying anymore
