A nice glimpse into "Pre-Dookie" Green Day. Original songs are tight despite technical difficulties during the end of the set, and the two covers (C Yo Yus and Knowledge) are interesting as well.

A beautiful culmination of everything this band has done, drawing elements from the Aaron West album that Dan put out last year, and even incorporating some old school (albeit quick) TWY synth from early works on "I don't like who I was then." This is a must listen, whether you are new to The Wonder Years or a returning fan.

The original reaction of "wtf is this" is gone now knowing what the band is, but regardless it's still fairly funny. breakdowns are synced with the quotes and it sounds really well produced. If you don't find this humorous, oh well...

If I had any complaints, it would be that he should've made a serious emo/indie album. the instrumentals here are absolutely stellar and if the lyrics were replaced with serious topics this would be on repeat for months to come (in truth it'll be on repeat regardless.) Still, the subject matter is hilarious and it's worth checking out.

A great sophomore release; the production somehow seems crisper and cleaner, songs feel just as catchy as (if not catchier than) their debut, Lauren's voice is stronger, and the album just leaves me with a good feeling when I finish it. Really impressed with this album.

An pleasant surprise that doesn't disappoint. This little EP shows off the bands typical high energy (minus track 4) and also lends itself to older FF records like "There is Nothing Left to Lose" and their debut. It's also hard to argue with free music; this is worth checking out.

It's a fantastic live album, but it's not without its faults. Jimmy Page's playing tends to run on the sloppy side, but JPJ and Bonham make up for any slack created. The long form jams are cool, but dazed and confused can tend to overstay its welcome after a while.

Miley Cyrus Attention: Miley Live
Miley live is a great trip through the pop stars discography as she plays her hits off plastic hearts while giving her older songs a makeover with the rocker vibe she's adapted recently. The mashups and covers make this a real treat. If I had any criticisms it'd be that she chose to record what sounds like a festival appearance; multiple times does she mention how she's opening for green day, which as a green day fan, made me want to hear GD after the album was over

Real Friends Composure
This is some of the best stuff Real Friends have done since ETDYH. The band really committed to
improving their songwriting skills this time around and it shows; there are actual catchy lines
and lyrical hooks, and the songs no longer sound like spoken word ramblings thrown over pop punk
instrumentals.

This record is much more mature than their previous efforts, and I for one am now excited for what
they do in the future.

A really solid final outing by these guys, sad to

polished which might annoy some people but I'll
almost always prefer overproduced as opposed to
underproduced...I will say, The Hell side blows

help that multiple songs on the Heaven side use

There's certainly some more musical maturity on this album, even more so than when All You Can Do was released. There's plenty of highlights to be found, and the last 4 or 5 tracks tend to blend together in a very good way that leaves you with a memorable ending. however, there's still plenty of corniness (such as Going Down) that will either make you groan or chuckle, depending on who you are.

for these dudes.

Brendan Urie was born to make pop music. He's got one of the best voices in music right now and while he's not the best lyricist in the game, he manages to craft some incredibly catchy tracks that carry a fair amount of variety. Some may complain that this is not truly Panic! at the Disco, and while that may be true, it certainly isn't a bad thing.

The songs with more "unique" or non-conventional beats/samples are where gravy truly shines. I wasn't feeling the more 'normal' sounding tracks like "bags of chips" or "whole foods" as much as songs like "oops!" "Yup!" Or "party at my mommas house"

The music itself is solid but the lyrical content is absolutely cringeworthy. The singer is somewhere in his 30's, yet the lyrics he writes would have you think he's that "nice guy" from high school who complains about how girls are "all the same" and he's always stuck in the friendzone.

the first 7 songs are pretty good and wouldn't feel out of place by a poolside in the summer, which im sure was their goal all along. The songs that follow afterwards aren't terrible, but they're relatively bland and forgettable. Oh well, it's better than I was expecting it to be

Fall Out Boy ****: Live In Phoenix
The studio version cover of "Beat It" is pretty good, but the show in general just seems to lack energy in terms of sound. Patrick sounds out of breathe half the time and Pete's random screaming (apart from the scream on saturday) are incredibly unnecessary and weak. It's better to watch the concert video where you can see the stage effects and the band moving around, plus the backstage bonus features are humorous and worth watching.

This thing is all over the place and lacks any focus or cohesion. Theres a couple tracks I might come back to but overall it just feels like a mess. I'm all for blending genres and trying out different things but seeing as these guys were a very solid and promising rock group in an age where rock has taken a backseat, its disappointing to hear highly suspect essentially bandwagoning and adopting the trends of top 40 music

I want to like this, I really do. The music itself is really well done this time around, very hard rhitting when it needs to be and also soft when required. The closing track is absolutely rbeautiful. rThe problem with this album generally lies within the lyrics. I've never heard lyrics so bland, runinspired, pretentious, etc...The lyrics are way too heavy handed, even for a concept album with rpolitical commentary. If this was the mid 2000's, or if muse was a newer band attempting an album rso political in its concept, I may be able to dismiss it. But this is a band that's been around rfor quite some time now, and it's 2015.

It works fine as a pop record, but whatever it is that made PATD unique is gone. Songs are catchy and make me nod my head and whatnot, but it doesn't even stand next to death of a bachelor.rPerhaps it would've worked better without the panic moniker, and instead was labeled a Brendan solo album.

If I knew I could scam people out of money by covering an album that isn't mine via folking up/dad rocking every song, I would've done it well before Ryan Adams did.

I really wanted to like this and giving it a 2 truly hurts...but the album is just too short and
the skit to song ratio is way off. The instrumentals sound great though, it's just a shame the
lyrical content isn't on par with it....I'm hoping this tie in with their youtube series isn't the
only music we hear from them for a while, it would be nice to get a true "Tenacious D" album
sometime next year, rather than having to wait another 6 years
The Black Keys Turn Blue
The White Stripes Icky Thump
Tom Delonge To The Stars... Demos, Odds, and Ends
He should've just named the whole album Circle Jerk Pit.rThis is just Tom's attempt at cashing in on the Blink-182 drama, except it shows me (even more rthan the Blink/Skiba shows) that the band will be better off without him.

I had such high hopes for this band when they first debuted, every passing year since then has brought disappointment. This album sounds about 13 years too late to this evanescence-type scene it's trying to fit into. The worst part of this mess? This radio friendly, poppy hard rock might be what rockets them into the limelight
