Ohh the Smile, the Radiohead members doing Radiohead things not on a Radiohead album. I have not been the biggest fan of this band; I just don?t really get it. Maybe the art pop glow that Radiohead has been known for is starting to ware off but the output of The Smile is just not all that interesting. However the group?s tired album, second this year, feels like a step up from past releases. There is a much larger variety and everything sounds much better. I actually enjoy most of what is presented here. But it?s still nothing that will blow your mind.

Definitely offer striking with the B-side typicality, considering the general moodiness and inconsistency. But boy does it also pack some of their most beautiful and eerie tracks ever. Highlights: "Zero Sum", "Eyes and Mouth", "Bodies Laughing"
