give me music
yeah, what the title says... literally just give me whatever. I'll limit it to 3 recs per person for now, but I plan on listening to everything and giving my rating and a short shoutbox type of thing here |

I've been getting into older 70s and 80s stuff, so feel free to send more like that... but I will literally listen to anything right now |

This was a fun quick jam. Some cool riffs here and there with plenty of groovy breakdowns that hit hard. I had heard about it earlier this year, but I never got around to it so thanks for putting it back on my radar.

This is just as much catchy as it is beautifully written. At times I found myself boppin along to the grooves and the next I was captivated by the vocal passages and strings. Especially a big fan of the change of pace to a slower track to finish the album.

Huge fan of the mix of punkier styles and more experimental, acoustic and melodic stuff going on here. Ween is a band I've been considering listening to for a while, so I'm glad this was what got me to check them out. Will definitely be returning to this album (and probably the rest of their discog). I prefer the second half of the record to the first half, but that's because I love what they were doing with the more melodic tracks that had a bit of that weird experimental side thrown in with it.

Man I wish I heard this earlier, completely went under the radar. Absolutely love the vocals here and the guitar work is simple but super powerful. Those choruses are also just epic sounding, very impressed all around, especially with their songwriting and progression choices, huge fan.

Absolutely love the acoustic guitar work throughout this thing, especially with the energy in the title track. I feel like this album got better as the tracks progressed, and I really love sort of the more slow burn style of the later tracks. And, while it's not my favorite track on here, "Along the Road" ends this off beautifully.

The entire time I listened to this, I was trying to figure what the vocals remind me of... and I still can't put a name on it. Anyway, pretty fun, energetic hardcore EP. These guys really love their harmonics don't they, but that's what made it interesting, and I'm a sucker for well placed harmonics in a riff. Great jam overall.

Wow, the drums on here are absolutely amazing. At first I was captivated by the bass and guitar chemistry, but the drums took the show here. Very impressed with this record, and makes me a little sad to see that they have a rather limited discog after this one (especially with it being the only album on Spotify from them).

There is some really cool stuff going on here. Love the industrial sorta experimental things, especially in the first track, it's very well executed. However, not everything here clicked for me on the first two listens. I'm sure it'll grow on me, but it didn't fully grab me all the way through; but I can definitely appreciate it!

Yeah, this very well might be my favorite thing I've heard so far. The instrumentation is superb and everything just flows so well. It just feels so ahead of its time with the psych elements, and boy does it actually riff at times. I'll definitely be coming back to this one a lot and diving deeper into this style of music more.
