If I'm doing really bad I'll wander around town and harass random people trying to find someone interesting to engage with (this works/backfires 50/50). If I'm just regular lonely, the internet is my friend. Also a handful of people who still put up with me are there for me. Worst-case scenario, suicide hotlines can be interesting; they're trained to give specific responses and ask specific questions but if you think outside the box you can have some pretty interesting interactions. That's a last resort though. Oh yeah, and music helps |
